Terms of Service

1. All sketches, work-in-progress images, and finished commissions are for personal use only.
- Let me know ahead of time if you're planning on using my art for commercial work so we can discuss appropriate rates.


2. I own the rights to the work, but your original characters and custom characters I create for you are yours.
- Do not upload any of my work, even if commissioned by you, to an AI model or website.
- I will most likely post art I make to my socials unless you request me not to. I mark these pieces as private and make sure not to share them!
- You can share your commission anywhere you please.


3. Prices are as listed in my Commissions tab or commission sheet.


4. I accept invoice payments (USD) over Paypal or business payments over Paypal, Cashapp, or Venmo.
- Payment is to be received before the commission is started or after the final sketch is approved by the customer. Specifics are covered in the "Process" section below.
- If something occurs during the creation of the piece or you are unsatisfied with the work, I am able to do refunds.
- For finished work refunds will be partial (up to 50% of the price). I take payment after the sketch to ensure we don't run into this issue!


5. I am able to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under my "do not draw" list. You will not be asked to pay and I will not begin the commission in this case.


6. Rush orders with a specific deadline (24hrs - 1 week) will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months to complete the commission in case something arises.
- As a customer, you are able to ask for updates at any time. Feel free to use this ability as much as you please, but give me time to respond to your message.

7. Have a character reference sheet or visual references for me to use to make the process easier. Non-visual references may result in additional fees.


Behavior / Blacklist
Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior may result in canceling the commission. I have a blacklist, but it is very very sparse. It is not often I result to cancelling and blacklisting a person. Non-payment, constant and unrelenting changes (without specific communication), and bad behavior will lead to a cancellation and possible partial refund.Process
After discussion of what you are looking for in the commission and confirmation of details/reference images, I will begin. I will send regular updates as I make progress on the commission. You are able to make as many changes as you'd like while it is in the sketching phase. I will request payment after the approved sketch. If the amount is over $80, I will allow payment plans or a half-and-half (before and after) payment system.During the post-sketch phase, where I color and shade the piece, I will be able to do small changes. Any major changes that I deem impossible will be denied and you will be eligible for a partial refund (~80%) depending on the amount of work I have done.After I complete the commission, I will send you the full image (.png, .psd, or .gif) in the chat. You can request I transfer it to you over ToyHouse or email as well. At this point I will not be able to do revisions on the piece unless they are small aesthetic additions (ex: highlights in eye, transparent background).This TOS is for my digital art.
